Legal Protection of HARA Platform Users on the Service of Electronic Data Interchange

Introduction to the Problem: The digital era of technology has cut role third parties and made it easier for services be run peer-to-peer; where can connect directly at a business scale. Business relations is always accompanied by contracts. However, nowadays conventional contracts have undergone disruption with existence blockchain technology. A smart contract model that uses execute contents automatically. this technological sophistication also implications exchange data, particularly personal data. Personal data easily accessed through process, but feared misuse will occur. In order prevent Electronic Data Interchange using technology, must protected. Purpose/Objective Study: This study aims examine legal protection users HARA platform who use in electronic interchange services. Design/Methodology/Approach: research normative juridical statutory conceptual approaches. Findings: case, includes preventive repressive protection.
